What’s New in SOLIDWORKS PDM 2018
The Distributed Data Management products at Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS were developed specifically to focus on the needs of anyone who needs to share information, both internally and externally with partners, suppliers and customers.
With SOLIDWORKS PDM 2018, your references to other CAD software are recognized and are included during PDM operations. So any file created by Autodesk®Inventor, CATIA® V5, PTC®/CREO, Siemens™ NX, SOLID Edge® are handled as SOLIDWORKS components through 3D Interconnect.
Do you believe it is taking way too long to go from design to finished part? You’re not alone. The good news is that there is an easy fix! Start by investing your time to understand how to get more out of your SolidWorks.
Unitec is offering a half day workshop to help clients better utilize SolidWorks to streamline the effective communication of product information for manufacturing. The lion’s share of what we will cover is core SolidWorks functionality. Other topics that will be touched upon are SolidWorks MBD (Model-based Definition), SolidWorks Inspection and eDrawings.
