Unitec, Inc. has spent 2016 expanding! We have hired two employees to provide our customers with the best experience possible. Greg Wilkman, a previous Unitec employee, has come back to assist in our business development. He has a vast knowledge of sales and customer service and will ensure that new SolidWorks customers have nothing but the best experience when looking to buy the product that best suits them.
We have also hired a graduate of the University of Connecticut, Ola Kaminska. She is our new marketing coordinator and with her help, Unitec will be holding more events for its
customers, such as the one happening this month!
But we’re not stopping there. Unitec is also looking for another Applications Engineer! If you are interested in joining the team, please do not hesitate to contact us!
The expansion of our company is to give our current and future customers the most comfortable and informative experience when looking and obtaining a CAD program to improve their business.

Client Success Story
Did you ever walk by something and take a moment to admire it? Did you think about who may have created it? The fixtures that you walk past everyday were created by people with big dreams. Like John Dell’Orso, the founder and owner of Solidesign.
John went to college and majored in Psychology, but he was always very passionate about metal products. After college, he decided to follow his passion. He found a job working on CNC machines but he soon concluded that it wasn’t enough for him, he wanted to run his own business. Thus, Solidesign was born. John wants others to pursue their dreams and complete projects that other companies may deem unattainable. This design and engineering firm helps companies that need to increase their engineering bandwidth.
